Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently, 2B WILD ships exclusively within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
To guarantee the highest quality, we use a print-on-demand system. This means your order goes through two phases:
- Processing & Production: 3 to 7 business days.
- Transit Time (Shipping): 4 to 8 additional business days, depending on your location. Estimated total time from purchase to delivery: 7 to 15 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is ready and dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
I ordered multiple items but only received one, why?
We work with a network of specialized production facilities across the US to ensure the best quality for each type of item. If your order includes very different products (for example, a t-shirt and slide sandals), they will be manufactured and shipped from different locations. Therefore, it is completely normal for them to arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive a tracking number for each package shipped.

How do I choose the right size?
You will find a detailed sizing chart on every product page. We highly recommend measuring a similar item you already own that fits you well and comparing it to our guide before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a product if I chose the wrong size or changed my mind?
We work with a print-on-demand model, meaning every item in our store is made exclusively for you the moment you place your order. Because we do not hold inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or buyer's remorse. To ensure you choose the correct size, please carefully review the sizing chart on the product page before finalizing your purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error?
We've got you covered! If your product has a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Simply send an email to 2bwild.co@gmail.com including clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you right away. In these cases, there is no need to return the defective item to us.
Payments & Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Our orders are automatically sent to our production facilities so they can reach you as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change (like correcting a shipping address), contact us immediately. If the order has already entered the production phase, unfortunately, we will not be able to modify or cancel it.
